Increase Commodities Stock by 2000

Increase all Trader's stock of commodities by 2000 so you don't have to dock and undock multiple times to have a full cargo hold with any ship.

The largest freightliner has a cargo capacity of 2200. The base amount of inventory for each commodity at stations, structures, and planets is 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 1000, and 1500. So by adding 2000 units of commodities to the base amount you should always be able to max out your cargo capacity in one trade. Or at least in theory you should be able to, the game randomizes commodity stock amount by ±10%, so some might just be barely under 2200.

If you are interested I made another version that adds 5000 stock. I didn't realize that the Prosperity Titan (4500) had a larger cargo capacity than The Expeditor (2200) class freightliner.
