An amazing offlaner that is ALWAYS useful for a team. Doom is a jack of all trades, since he can use jungle creeps' abilities as they were his own. And his Ulti pretty much removes an enemy from the fight.

Good for the pushing power and team survival. Doom can easily get these within a few minutes if not killed, with the platemail and phase boots it grants Doom survivability and greater movement speed which will decrease the chance of getting killed. Good build :)
