Cloth Backpack Weapon Switch Sounds

Beskrivning
Because, apparently, not every day you are a mute sci-fi MIT lunatic.
Replaces HEV beeping when you are switching weapons to more subtle cloth sounds. Check vid.

Thats it. Tried to make those just loud enough to be less annoying than default "*BEEP BEEP BEEP BOOP*" and not getting lost in the other sounds completely.

Reboot the game after installing, so that sounds get preloaded!
