Adds two buttons, one showing the Top Player by Zombie Kills and the other the Top Player by PVP kills.
Must have "Fix Survivor Kills MP" installed for it work properly.

For some reason the Zombie Kills button is acting strange. You cannot click it normally - only works when you click the top star. It's difficult to click it. When you click it nothing happens until you click the top star or top/tip of the button. (PvP Kills button is fine)
