The archive has it defaulted to UNLOCK EVERYTHING but you can play around with the ini file - some DLC might not work correctly unless you actually own them eg the Digital Deluxe items

INSTALLATION: Before you unpack the files go to:
\Hogwarts Legacy\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv154\Win64\
And rename the file you find there to add an _o to it eg:
THEN extract the .rar contents into your Hogwarts Legacy installation folder - if done correctly there shouldn't be any warning about overwriting existing files (just folders)
Previously I had included my personal _o file, but going forward you WILL have to worry about this step if you ever verify the game files because Steam WILL replace the steam_api64.dll and/or steam_api.dll

If there is a \Hogwarts Legacy\ folder INSIDE your \Hogwarts Legacy\ folder then you unpacked the files - the not right way; you need to MERGE folders, not nest them inside each other

DISCLAIMER: Use these files at your own risk; it is possible that Steam or Avalanche could decide to ban you for using them at any point in the future, but it *is* a single player game so I don't myself see why they would... still you've been warned!
