Optimized Navmesh for RP_NYCity - Day and Night

I was playing on this incredible map with bio-annihilation 2 zombies and realized the automatic nav mesh generation created a lot of walkable spaces in out of bounds areas, and along the subway tracks as shown in the screenshots.

NPCs being in the way of the subway trains and spawning out of bounds is just annoying, so I decided to fix the automatically generated nav mesh to remove these annoyances. Some other smaller fixes like subway turnstiles and stair connections have been fixed.

I used StrawWagen's Navmesh Optimzer and Rubat's Easy Navmesh Editor to make this happen.
