Ice Breaker: Platinum
Get a 15x column combo in Ice Storm Mode

Step 1:
My strategy for Ice Breaker Achievement is first, on a clean board, I will see how many matches of column aka vertical will there be. The more there are and spread out (as in in different column) the better it is.

Step 2:
After identifying them, I will wait till there is a '3rd' spawn of Ice Breaker (the default / starting is 2 column.)
Why?
That is so we are preparing to make the combos.


Step 3:
Everytime you make a combo (vertical), quickly press 'Esc' to pause the game.
Why?
That is so we can analyze and zoom / focus into columns which has the Ice and also to calm your nerves.

Step 4:
Pray that RNG works in your favour~
At the end the day, when everything is in the right place, you are able to make combos easily.

Honestly It was really pure / good RNG to get x15 combos. It took me over 30 tries to record this video, haha

I had a few close ones with x12 or x14 combos.

I farmed the achievement in Butterflies IV quest.
My best advice would be to have as many butterflies as possible (at least 10) on the board.
As much as possible, try to make 'fake' move. 'Fake move' as in moves that does not eat the butterfly away, but remember your butterfly cant reach the very end too. So.. I would say this is very RNG-based too.

Also to build up special gems i.e. Flame gems, Star gems. But note that they can be activated if it can be matched with butterfly. If the special gems are at the very bottom, there's a chance they will disappear if butterflies were to appear in that same spawn spot.

Amongst all the achievements, I find this the hardest, hahaha

My last 3 achievements were Clear 3400 Flame gems, Clear 1300 Star Gems and Clear 1300 Hypercubes.

These are the grindy-est (not necessarily the hardest) achievements.
The best place to farm the special gems that goes without saying is Diamond Mine.

My last achievement to get was Chromatic: Platinum:

My strategy to clear this tedious achievement was, everytime there is a random cube dropped, I will trigger it, and reset the game. Instead of trying to reach as deep as possible, I focused on being on Level 1/first floor. The moment I have to dive deeper, I usually reset it because the lesser the gem variation there are, the easier it is to make Hypercubes.

Of course, when diving deeper, you can get Hypercubes too, but I feel its easier just resetting and hoping for RNG to drop and I feel they can be pretty generous at times.

Ultimately, I do feel that luck comes into play when getting these achievements. If the gems placement are right, you will be able to get all the achievements smoothly.
