155 College Street is an office that was formerly the headquarters of the Toronto Board of Education. The building was designed by "Page and Steel" and opened in 1961. This building would serve as the Toronto boards headquarters until 1998 when the Toronto Board of Education was merged into the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). The TDSB would briefly occupy this building using it as its headquarters until they moved their administration to their current headquarters at 5050 Yonge Street. This building would subsequently be sold to the University of Toronto who would convert it to educational use as the "Health Sciences Building".
