I found a fix for Steam Cloud out of sync error, Synchronization bug, where Steam Cloud Synchronization never ends, Steam Cloud Synchronization loading forever bug fix and solution.

To be honest, I never had this glitch till I started playing TEKKEN 7. Only TEKKEN 7 had this Steam Cloud Synchronization bug that never stops. But it got to other games, not most of my games are like this.

This method, this solution doesn't harm or damage any of your save data files, or your cloud files, you can use it without a fear of risk of losing your valuable save data. In fact, I use it all the time, because otherwise I wouldn't be able to play TEKKEN 7 at all, and some other games.

Tekken causes my secondary media HDD to go from 0% to 100% read/write nonstop almost once every day... I have a ton of other games but only this stupid game does this

Good point, but I am afraid it may just reset my data randomly.

I just never use Steam Cloud for Tekken is really buggy. I turn it off and I just back up my files so I can put them back if they get corrupted.
