Open the save file using any editor by path:
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Planes__Bullets_and_Vodka\PBV.sav
Update the following row
ZHN0dG90="X" to ZHN0dG90="OTk5OQ=="

OTk5OQ== - Base64 encoded number 9999[/previewimg]

Save file!
Go back to game and kill 1 plain

PS: Disable Steam Sync if Changes Haven't Been Recorded

Сохраните файл!
Вернитесь в игру и уничтожьте 1 самолет

PS: Отключите синхронизацию Steam, если изменения не были сохранены

work faster than expected, just only need 1 minute to edit and launch the game, and it's done. Guide like this help achieving annoying bs achivements like 10k kills
