i would like to know if it is possible to dry a wet item, maybe by letting it rest a little in a warehouse?
Maintenance Room: This facility doesn't seem very important, as you can restore a ship's initial durability once you reach Repair skill level 6. While sailing, a ship's maximum durability decreases due to aging, and the Maintenance Room can help slow this process. However, repairing at a shipyard increases the ship's maximum durability beyond its current limit, up to its initial maximum durability.
For the maintenance blueprint, I've been able to buy it without ordering ships to be made. I did straight up buy one though(Arab WIndsail Ship) and I got a second Custom Large Caravel Sailboat from doing Andrew's main story.
The city I bought it had Tech of 214, Pop 9622 and trade 237
