If you're here, I assume you're looking to complete all the achievements in the game. The two hardest and most time consuming being the money related achievements. Getting 100k and 500k. In this guide, I will take up point by point the different information and tips I have found to increase my profits to the maximum.

In order to have the most profit, we will want the customers who come to buy the most expensive. Therefore, you will have to sell the coffee bar and keep only the counter to sell meals.

Each customer will come and order a dish. So we want to buy the food as cheaply as possible and resell it as expensive as possible. We also have to be careful that the meals are the same because during the weekend period when there are more customers, we have to keep the rhythm by not forgetting to replenish the ingredients for our menus.

After making an Excel spreadsheet (which you can ask me privately), the 6 dishes that bring in the most money are 4 cheese pizzas, cheeseburgers, goldenn dragon, cheese and philadelphia suhsis, and stuffed turkey.

The menu will be composed of these dishes except for the cheeseburger for which the material used is too restrictive.

At the moment, I have a customer every 7 seconds and with the increase, I sell my dishes at an average of $85. That's 206 customers per day of work, which adds up to $16,593 per day (including the various expenses).

To have 500 000$, it will take 30 days in the game, which is about 12h in real time.

We also need to optimize the kitchen. In my setup, I installed 3 fridges, 3 tables and 2 ovens.

Clients always come alone. Tables of 4 take up a lot of space. I advise you to arrange the nearest room as well as possible by trying to put as many 2-person tables as possible. This will allow you to avoid walking too far during the service. You can also put tables outside near the entrance.

I work with 3 cooks to cope with the busy weekends. I hired the concierge to avoid wasting time clearing the tables and picking up the dirt. I hired the man in the suit to get more customers. So I am in charge of taking the orders and serving them. The service is done faster and I don't lose any customers.
I also hired a waiter to help me with the delivery of the orders. This allows me to better manage the ingredient fills.


For the placement, I put myself between the counter and the room. This way, my trips are shorter between the service and the reception. I see the state of the kitchens and if there is a need for repair. I'm next to the garbage can to empty it when it's needed.

Don't forget to fill the supply cabinet and the vending machine. This is a passive source of income. I put only the most expensive products in order to make the most of the purchases.
