No New Upkeep Missions

Beskrivning
Prevent upkeep missions from being created.

Quick & dirty mod that suppresses creating new upkeep missions in upkeep manager. As far as I can tell, it won't cancel existing upkeep missions. Let me know if you spot any bugs!

@Laserak Did you assign them from somewhere else, like a ship? If so, it takes a few minutes for them to "travel" to take over the role.

This seems to stop a manager being assigned to new stations. (If you assign , they never 'show' up as manager). They're on the station, but the will not act as a manager.

Thank you. There should be an option to stop this in default game. But for now, this is excellent as I have always wanted them off especially stations that keep asking for subordinates when i know they do not need one.

Ooh, this sounds like a good mod :) Does it also stop missions about getting captains/managers for ships? Because those are ... Actually, they aren't that useful...

YESSS RUDI. This has been a game changer. I'm not sure how its affected my end, but others tell me that having no upkeep missions help to boost performance.

Appreciate the comments! Love that there's no more "X missions" in UI when only left missions are upkeep ones.
