Black Swordsman Re-rework

This mod was worked upon the code of the original mod called "Blackswordsman rework" made by LoneDigger https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2059477913

Reintroduced effects that were in the code, rebalanced some effects and stats so that this class won't be useless

Effects and skills that were rebalanced:

Chop (changed ACC, reintroduced 'weaken prot' effect and changed CRT)
Slash (changed ACC, shuffle chance and add CRT)
Cannon arm (changed crit, ACC and the DMG that was taken)
Brand of Sacrifice (changed -DMG %, old was -60% and now it is -40%, this was changed because when the hero was afflicted it would sometimes repeat this skill and have a riposte effect of -120%)

Camping skills:

Branded
(lowered the stress amount from -200 to -100, cost now is 2)

Stats that were rebalanced:
Death resist (up to 80%)
