Ever feel like shunning society and living away from it all?? Well with the distillery and home biogas unit you can take 2 steps closer to that dream!

With the distillery you can make your own moonshine; or if that doesn't float your boat, redistill it directly into something that we're sure is similar to ethanol. At least our generators and cars haven't stopped running yet!

But wait, that's not all! Are you having trouble finding propane? Can't bring yourself to face the hordes of undead guarding it!? Or, are you just too damn lazy to get off your ass and find it? Well, worry not! With our Home Bio Gas Unit you can turn your food into liquid fertalizer and something that resembles propane.

How It Works

Distillery

Craft the distillery

Grind corn into cornmeal

Add water and cook in a cooking pot

Add sugar and yeast

Allow the unfermented mixture to ferment into Moonshine Mash

Pour the mash into the distillery

Distill into moonshine

Here you can take out the unfiltered moonshine with a pot or redistill it into fuel

Using a sieve you can filter the moonshine into various containers

If it's redistilled into fuel, you can pull the fuel out with any normal fuel container

BioGas

Craft the unit

Place any food item in the funnel

Plunge the food into the digester tank

The caloric value will be converted into liquid fertilizer and propane over time!

By default the digester efficiency is based on the ambient heat and if the temp is low enough could even stop working.

I have a question i hope you can answer or possibly mod it to fix. So on my server APA we have long very cold winters I built a greenhouse where the biogas containers can sit in the sun still. But the mods have told me they don't work unless they are outside. 1 is this true? If that is the case is there anyway this can be modded to work in a greenhouse I'm not sure it could because I don't know if the code can distinguish between inside a house and a greenhouse. Also is there a work around for this like can I put an Antique oven outside between 2 biogas containers to give it the heat it needs or a campfire to give the containers enough heat work efficiently maybe it works at a reduced rate but is still producing something? Any info on this would be very helpful.

The one thing I wish this had was an efficiency % displayed. Something on the UI that would tell you how well it's running. From 0% to max. Advising you of it's wasted efficiency if operating outside of ideals.

Small question...

does the heat from a fire or a stove next to it can affect the temperature?
or is it specifically weather

I'm on step 8.
- Here you can take out the unfiltered moonshine with a pot or redistill it into fuel.
It wont let me take it out. I have the sieve, empty jars with lids, cooking pot (with water and without) and an empty keg. It wouldn't let me do anything until i got a pot with water in it but now it will only let me redistill it. I don't want to do that. I want the moonshine. How can I get it out of the distillery?
