• Drop an item by pressing R in PipBoy
  
• Hold an item by pressing and holding E and then...
  
• You can rotate game items by pressing: Shift

Each press change the direction of XYZ rotation.
Now you can rotate it with mouse-button 1 & 2

She don't come when you ring the bell like the other npc's. In case she is already placed in the chair you can't move here anymore in case you want to re-design your base it's blocked.... -.-

Workaround:

Shoot her in the head 2-3 times... She falls of her chair... Now, you can storage it. Move to another place in the world because the npc's are now angry and will shoot you..., eg. move to a farm and wait there 8 hours in a chair... After you go back all npc's are no longer aggressive and you can place the chair in a better place, where it can't block anything anymore.
