Calm's Ogres + Grey Ogre Compatibility Mod

Description
This mod makes Calm&NormalTime's whole suite of Ogre mods compatible with my Grey Ogre mod. Pay special attention to the load order of the mods that I have shown in a screenshot for best results.

This mod also touches a small selection of UI portraits and portholes of Tyrants for Storslem's Ogre Reskin, in case one happens to be subscribed to both their mods.

Calm&NormalTime's mods are still required to be subscribed to for this to function properly.

All credit for the excellent model work to Calm&NormalTime as well as Storslem. Some lovely screenshots provided by KLB.

Looks like it does not cover the new "Bruisers" mod from Calm, any update planned by chance?

The main mod, 6th Edition Grey Ogre Reskin has been updated with the Leadbelcher fix.
