Removes the need for colonists to sleep so they can work all throughout the night!

Note: This mod is a remake of GamerZher0's "No Sleep" mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1987210624&searchtext=No+sleep, it hasn't been updated since Feb 2nd 2020 so I've decided to remake it for 0.9

hm any thought about doing something for the guards problem that they all leave for food at night 00:00 and if the threat is high zombies will get in and before guards come on their post its too late and no matter day or night guard bcos of no sleep all go at 00:00 for food so r u gonna
u fix it in sometime ? accpt for these prob i guess mod is great and i use it in my main worlds
