Adds a single leader to the game.
Cixi - (China) - Extravagant expenditures
Whenever she collects 200 Gold she spends it on extravagant reward!
Credits
Phantagonist - all non-gameplay related text (with a translation to Chinese).
Game version
Mod was created for and tested on the newest available version with all DLC content, see upload/update date respectively.
Extravagant rewards
List of random rewards [with biases]:
  • +2 Era Score [2]
  • 1 Governor promotion [1]
  • +100 Loyalty in City with less than 60 Loyalty [5]
  • Random luxury resource present on map [2]
  • +1 Envoy with random City-State not at war with [2]
  • Relic [1]
  • Boosts Wonder under construction by 50 (or 10% of cost whichever is greater) Production [3]
  • +50 (or 10% of treshold whichever is greater) Great Writer/Artist/Musician points [7]
  • Nothing [1 for each other reward already acquired]
Rewards that could not occur due to current situation are ignored (ex. +100 Loyalty can be chanced only if there is a city with less than 60 loyalty).

Playing now and I feel like the biases are off as about 80% of the time, I get "nothing".
