The intent was definitely to make something overpowered, I'll consider releasing a balanced version if I find the time soon

So constructive criticism ... it comes out too fast and there is no way to even attempt to dodge it if your in its way. Its good but overpowered the other way to solve this is double or set cost to 200 but that would take away its utility. Good luck but as is I cannot recommend this as balanced.
