To run Microprose European Air War within Steam at any resolution is simple. After your Steam install, within your EAW page, go to the installation location by clicking on the gear, then Manage, then Browse Local FIles.


Within the directory, find the eaw.cfg file and open it using Notepad.

The first section is titled GRAPHICS. Change the Width and Height to your preference. For instance:

Width=1366
Height=768

Using your mouse, click on File, Save, and then exit. Restart EAW and you are good to go.

Your game menus may still be in the old square resolution, but the game itself while flying will be at the new specified format.
