While it will display both buffs active, you'll only get bonus from one. So say that you have a buff that gives you 25% AGI and one that gives you 15% AGI, only the highest stat bonus will count.
They used to stack but that was patched, and I assume they haven't changed that in the DLC.
Correct me if I'm wrong because I'm not actually sure if they stack but I thought they did since when your preview buffs and debuffs they are shown separately as both active

Thank you for the heads up! I do care, but frankly I'm not sure there is much I can do. Unfortunately plagiarism of Steam guides is pretty common, and I don't think there is anything that can be done, legally speaking.
