Ларчик открывался проще - я неправильно сделал андервольт видеокарты. То есть напряжение тока в 700 мВ для моей видеокарты были пусть и под силу для базовой работы, но не хватало для работы под нагрузкой, из-за чего и происходил конфуз с ошибкой.
