Go search on baidu for fake id or id generator. Chinese kid would probably just stole parents' ids.

There is also an option to play the version for the Russian Federation via VK Play Game Center, I think there will be fewer problems with logging in. There is English and Russian. It will be available from March 23 for everyone.
