its not hard, just play the tutorial until you can parry and attack well.
Once you have mastered this all you need to do is combo and use feints.
Once you master the art of feinting you will become a god.
Simply run up to someone and stab, but then hit Q to feint it.
If they parry then stab again, once you hit initiate a combo.
Repeat

Remember Live by the feint die by the feint.

1. Floor Sniffing
2. Wombo combos
3. Phat Drags

Floor Sniffing: This is the art of staring at the ground and overheading, commonly used by generic greatsword vanguards, however can be adapted to most weapons. The idea is simple, as you overhead you pull down to look at the ground thus accelerating your swing. Many times even skiled playas wnt be able to block this ridiculously fast attack. The downside to this is that once your overhead hits the floor you wont be able to combo.

Wombo Combos: The wombo combo, commonly reffered to as dancing, is the style in which you combo for most of your attacks and very rarely give your opponent a chance to do anything. Utilized best by vanguard or knight this technique can allow you to decimate an enemy in a confusing tornado of swings, or allow you to take on several enemies at a time. Make sure you 360 as much as possible. These combos can be combined with phat drags and floor sniffs to become a ridiculous whirlwind of super fast and really delayed attacks.

Phat Drags: Phat(Fat; meaning huge) Drags reffer to the opposite style of the floor sniff. This is where as you swing you look in the direction the swing was coming from to slow it down/ delay it. As the parrys are timed you can use this to get around peoples defenses. A sneaky thing to do is start an overhead looking down so they panic and parry early thinking ur a dirty floor sniffer but then raise it up into a drag. Personal fav weapons to drag with include messer, zweihander(Drags itself) and double axe.
