Gift Shop - Two options, scenic only or with a Hats Fantastic kiosk

One shop with two options - use it purely as scenery by selecting the BP with no shop attached or use the other option which has a Hats Fantastic kiosk built in, pathing to the shop is best using the NO KERB option.
When placing the BP hold SHIFT and lower it until the concrete base is just flush with the ground or use advanced move by pressing 'X' and using the green arrow to lower it for more precision. Once placed it will stay at the same height even when moved and the unused option can be deleted
