I am writing this tutorial to help those seeing double screen. It can be either a couple of frames before, or the menu itself being imprinted on the game after you close it. Looks similar to this:

1st Step

First, go to the Options.

2nd Step

Then click "Video" on the top of the screen, and enter "Resolution" down below.

3rd Step

Change the driver to "Vulkan". That's it.
