Can you fix how weird book isn't working with esau? the book it's visually displayed incorrectly and also he isn't even able to use it and an error is generated in the console.

Would it be possible to make this configurable? I love the new layouts but would like to not have that many new books, maybe just a few.

Could you add a little information in the tab with the item description if you have the book The Mimic so that every time you change the book in the option you can see the effect and it is not so difficult to know the effect by image?


or that you put an option in the mod options menu by pressing c or the other mod menu that can keep the description activated or deactivated at the top left about what effect the book currently has

BUG: Weird book triggers when skipping the boss intro.

Weird book doesn't work for me. It just consumes the amount of charges the book it's mimicking usually takes without actually doing the mimicked book's effect. It just makes Isaac look like Delirium.

it's a choice between active books, book of virtues is a passive item

why isn't bettany's book in the room with all the books? the one that you enter with an active item that lets you choose a book?

I like the idea of this mod but had to ultimately take out my mod list after months cause a vast majority of books just don't give even half the utility of vanilla stuff, in a way this mod nerfs books in the game in general :(
