To get this achievement you should find all the books. Remeber, you don't need use the Evia as your starting puppet even though she has four unique notes. These four are not included. Maybe these four are just notes ,not books.You don't need any notes and duplicates at all. When you find a book, you should check the book section of the menu and highlight it so the new "star" goes away. Sorry I can't give you the screenshots of the book.
