'we b4 goblins' - paddlefoot farm, wedding all day

Inspired by the freely available Pathfinder goblin adventure series “WE BE GOBLINS”, in this case "we b4 goblins". (4th part, prequel to the 1st part)

This is the place for the goblins to become heroes.
I took some freedoms with details here: E.g. the main building is partially engulfed by the northern hills. Which are mentioned to be in the south originally in the adventure path; but hey, maybe there are some slopes on both sides!
