Press Spacebar
Move
The W key propels your character forward

The S key sends them backwards

A lets your character strafe left, while the D key lets them strafe right
Examine Journals
Use the left mouse button to examine journals or other item. Press it again to un-examine the item.
Save and Load
Press Escape and Press the "Save Game" button to save.

Later you may also press Escape and Press the "Load Game" button to load the last game.
