Step 1 - Right click on Garry's Mod
Step 2 - Click on Properties and go to the Betas section
Step 3 - Select the "x86-64" build
Step 4 - Apply and wait for it to download
Step 5 - Have fun and play!

P.S.

It is recommended for Windows or Linux users to use the x86-64 build because it makes your game run better.
