I used the information off the ign guide and converted to a steam guide for ease of use. The original guide I used from ign here.
I take no credit for the information, all credit to ign and those who thoroughly check stuff like this.
STR - Damage
DEF - Defence and Hp
WP - Guts Max (Guts is your MP and used as Hp when you run out) and Special Summon Effectiveness,
SPD - Attack and Move Speed
Hyper - Gives speed bonus temporarily and lets you combo enemies. You can't move during this and can be interrupted by being attacked ending your hyper, so make sure to stop your combo if enemies are approaching behind you.
Snacks - Can be used later and shown as plus symbol on health number. Will revive you when you hit zero applying your snack's effects.

Mainly focusing on prices of items that have just the stat or at most 2 stats like Leo's Stand with DEF and WP. Because otherwise Techno Shack's Fighting Software gives all 4 stats for $1.56 per stat which beats most prices per stat except for DEF and WP or No Account Video wit its $0.12 per stat but $504.25 access fee.

Mobile's Secret House, Sauteed Sh*take of $1.24

Flatiron Books' strength item is called 101 Push-Ups, not Kupek. Yes I am aware it's been over a year.

Best cost by stat point is in Shock Wave record shop for STR & SPD in World 1, and in Leo's Place Stand in World 3 for DEF & WP.

Technically, Mobile's Secret Shop in World 6 has a better cost for DEF & WP, but the difference is negligible, you should invest in those stats at least a bit before then, also, the shop in World 3 is easily available by starting from the Main Stage. If you're already in World 6, though, go nuts, and buy the secret techinque while you're there.
