Correction to Population (Noisemaker UCI Compatible)

Warning: Without Extended Common Infected you will see a lot of errors. Without cif_tanktop_jeans_swamp fix you will see unfinished female swamp model.

This mod is for people who want to have both my mod and Noisemaker UCI one.

Corrects population and adds models from Extended Common Infected.
(Its not random. Commons will spawn where they logicly should be. And i didnt spam every single common and uncommon on every campaign.)
Makes Noisemaker UCI spawn in places where police or CEDA reside in.

you should make the CEDA and the riot zombies spawn on every map in some areas, bc it would make sense to have ceda in some placed along with riot forces due to the outbrake and in some places have the noismake spawn like common infected

Ok corrected nav fixes the noisemaker not spawning but the military zombies are still not spawning at all in their respective zones

correction to population seems to not spawn the noisemaker or the military common infected from the ECI mod, I haven't seen a single one spawn.

Yeah i don't know if this mod is still maintained/worked on but I too think the noisemakers needs a higher chance of spawning I haven't seen a single one spawn in.

To me their chances seem balanced. Does anyone else think they don't spawn very often? You could also subscribe to my Corrected Nav mod if you haven't, it adds new areas, which could make them spawn more often and in more places
