The Dire Keep

Kuvaus
This map is an experiment in designing small boss encounters that really challenge the player. It is less about puzzle solving and jump games, and more about figuring out the right method for the right boss. These mini bosses shouldn't fall over too easy

It was a lot of fun. The only problem I had with it is the vampire boss thing appears to have go back and search instead of just go back. I ended up getting to the point that the bigger one just kept looping search at the end of the panel. This made it impossible for the leaver pull to kill it. No clue what happens with the map after this part for it happened the time i ran it with a group and solo.

An update on the second map, it's slow progress. I'm trying to find a good balance between making the dungeon large, but at the same time, it's hard to fit in a 'purpose' to every room. I'm torn between trying to keep it interesting and flavourful, and just throwing in a room of creatures to kill.

Also, damned Torchlight 2 snuck up and stole a couple of my days!
