Press Win+R. Type: steam://open/console

Type this into the console prompt: download_depot 520440 520441 317787578348387821

When it's done, go to \Steam\steamapps\content\app_520440\depot_520441
and copy the files to your xrd folder which should look something like this: \Steam\steamapps\common\GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR-

Replace files when prompted.

is your friend also using the rollback build? that might be the problem

cant match with friend, automatically crashes to desktop
