Two and a half years after I made these runs, I stumbled upon these recordings, reminding me how I still haven't made a guide about this one. With that said, I'm not sure if there were any updates to the game/leaderboards (and I'm not gonna touch this game again to find out) so this guide may completely be useless but nevertheless I'm still posting it in case some people who might have seen the 0-second speedruns in the leaderboards are curious.

What's Happening Here?
If you've watched the playthrough even for a short bit, you'll notice that somehow the ball is "wall-rolling" on air. That's because there's actually an invisible barrier just below the starting point. I've made a simple visualization of it in the image below, where the barrier's mesh is in neon green color.

You can roll your ball around it freely, up, down, left, right, doesn't matter. And because you can do that, you can build up enough momentum to slingshot your ball all the way to the end.

Okay, but why does the timer not start after moving away or leaving the start point???
I'm not entirely sure but from what I observed (that is, 2 years ago) is that there seems to be a "trigger area" for the timer, that means when your ball touches or enters this area, then the timer starts, but if it doesn't then it will not start. So if you somehow avoid this area and get to the end, you will have a 0-second speedrun.

From what it looks like, the timer trigger area is probably box-shaped which sits around the flag strip at the start. I've made a simple visualization of it in the image below, where the timer trigger area is in violet color. I also probably made it way too tall or long, because that might not be the case. Anyways, with these information you should be able to get your own 0-second speedrun if it hasn't been fixed yet.

Full Playthrough With Timed Speedruns (still cheesy)
For bonus content I also added in timed runs I recorded the same time as these 0-second speedruns. These might still be cheesy and not the way these levels were supposed to be played to some of you but hey, it's not a 0-second run. Enjoy!
