1) First off what you're gonna wanna do first is navigate to the 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 section in your menu

2) Then, keep pressing either 𝙍𝘽 (controller) or 𝙓 (keyboard) until you reach the 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 section

3) After that you're gonna wanna press either 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 (console) or 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙠𝙩𝙤𝙥 (pc)

Alternatively, if you do not wish to quit Elden Ring, you can do this: As you are playing, all you have to do is reduce the enemy's health to zero while still keeping your own heath ABOVE zero.
