"I ran into this bug back on October 3rd, but just now got around to uploading it.
When i saw it i rushed to get a screenshot, but used the "printscreen" button (instead of "F12"). So that's why this is under the Artwork section (steam only allows "F12 screenshots" to be submitted to the Screenshots section)."
