How to Fix the Game Crashing at Start

Anyone attempting to play this game with an Intel CPU (10th gen and later) won't be able to start the game without it crashing. The fix is to follow the steps in this link: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Troubleshooting_guide/Startup_and_launching_problems#Bypass_OpenSSL_SHA_bug_on_Intel_10th_gen_and_later_CPUs

As soon as I made the change, I was (finally) able to boot the game after 6 months of not being able to... Hope this helps others!

Just in case the guide at that link gets deleted, here's what it says:
1.) Open System menu in Settings with ⊞ Win+Pause.
2.) Select Advanced system settings.
3.) In the new System properties window select Advanced tab and click the Environment Variables button.
4.) In the System variables section click the New button and enter these values:
Variable name: OPENSSL_ia32cap
Variable value: :~0x20000000
5.) Reboot or sign out/sign in.
