In order to go to the sun, you need to first get to the cosmic satellite. If you have not unlocked that yet, then maybe this guide is not for you.

When you get to the cosmic satellite, either by rocket or teleportation, you'll find that you cannot jump off the edge. Oh No! To fix this, grab a rover seat and zoom out, then simply drag the seat off the edge and quickly get in.

You'll start descending into the sun, when you get there, hop out and use WASD to float around.

The sun is 100% safe and you will find that you can relax. I wouldn't bring anything of value cause it's not easy to get back.
