gm_green hell is a place where there hasn't been a person for a long time; everything is overgrown and abandoned here, only in some places the light is on

features:

hdr lighting
cool lighting
gas station
small village
warehouse
navmesh for striders
navmesh
forest and lots of grass
seamless skybox

fix bugs
(maybe) new content
(maybe)optimization
