I was looking for a nice small clinic and scrolling with google earth in West Texas.
Because I don't like the huge hospitals, I'm interested in Rural Hospitals (Critical Access) and smaller facilities.
So... More hospitals and clinics will follow after this one.

The Covenant Emergency Center is an Freestanding Emergency Room, located at Quaker Ave in Lubbock, Texas[goo.gl].
The Emergency Room opened in 2017 as part of West Texas ER.
West Texas ER is since 2018 part of Covenant after an acquisition.

Services
An freestanding Emergency Room has all the capabilities as an Hospital Based Emergency Room.
Patients can not be admitted here, but will be transfered to a nearby hospital when admission is needed for further treatment. Freestanding ER's (and urgent care centers) make acute healthcare nearby in neighborhoods when hospitals are too far away.
The Emergency Center treats all kind of emergencies, most of them are non-life threatening, such as:
Chestpain, broken bones, animal bites, dehydration, abdominal pain, allergic reactions, fever, flu, etcetera.
They also provide flu vaccinations and other small procedures.

Laboratory services
Laboratory services are available, such as cardiac enzymes, electrolyte imbalances, pregnancy and STD testing, urinalysis/drug testing and more

Radiology
Diagnostic imaging (CT scanner, X-ray, ultrasound, EKG) is on-site available to diagnose kidney stones, strokes and appendicitis; broken bones and pneumonia; gall stones, ovarian cysts, blood clots, abnormal heart rhythms and more.

Emergency response
Emergency inpatient services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for patients of all ages.
Child friendly rooms are available.

The Emergency room fits perfect in all kind of neighborhoods..
It has 15 beds and 3 ambulances.

Employees: 30 (Lab tech, Radiology tech, RN, Physicians and facility service workers.
Ambulances: 3
Beds: 15 (All short-stay (<24h), so curing rate has been doubled)
All other stats are half as the vanilla game clinic.

I use the Building Spawn Points 1,2,3 mod for changing the spawn point and let ambulances arrive at the ambulance entrance at the side of the building.
