Hangzhou Raffles Center is located in the CBD core of Qianjiang New City, Hangzhou. The project covers an area of 40,355 square meters, with a total construction area of 384,868 square meters and a building height of 250 meters.
The project is adjacent to the Hangzhou Civic Center, the Hangzhou Grand Theater and the Hangzhou International Conference Center, and is surrounded by three parks, including the Central Park with an area of 200,000 square meters.
