I wanted to talk to you about the latest update from Cryptic Studios. As you may know, they recently released a new feature for Duty Officers in Star Trek Online where all rarities from Very Rare and below can be used in fleet projects. However, it seems like they didn't do proper QA testing before releasing this update for STO because there are some major issues.

First of all, you must now manually enable protected status for each Duty Officer, and there's no way to batch process them (meaning you have to do it one at a time for each Duty Officer), which is a huge inconvenience. In addition to that the menu when you right click is broken and keeps closing after a fraction of a second. This makes it nearly impossible to manage your Duty Officers in any efficient way.

It's clear that Cryptic Studios has dropped the ball with this update, and it's frustrating for players who are trying to progress in the game. I hope they can fix these issues soon, but until then, be aware of these problems and be prepared to deal with them. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next video.
