Copy of Hi-Rise Tenement growable from Simcity 4 that was recreated pixel by pixel. I try to stick to the original model as much as possible and I hope did well. :)

The asset doesn't have custom props, so you don't need to subscribe for anything else. Yay!

Asset is a RICO compatable.

Emperor_Geology, Sadly, is not possible, because lot size is too large. Growables can be only 4x4

I love this, just wish it was like a vanilla grow-able instead of a Unique Building. But that is just me.

You do some amazing work. There's not many people that make Sim City assets, but you execute them flawlessly.
