Intro

This mod does 4 things.
1. Automatically opens the pause screen again after using a vial or food item.
2. Reduces the amount of time it takes to saw off a corpse's head.
3. Makes it so no dialogue option is selected by default in conversations, preventing you from accidentally hitting an option.
4. Lets you use the brown vial outside of combat.

Download it here, just unzip the contents into the game's folder.[files.catbox.moe]

Notes

I haven't tested the mod a lot so it's possible that it's very broken. Be sure to back up your files before using it.
Any updates to the game are almost guaranteed to break this mod.
And in case you're wondering why using a vial or food item only opens the pause menu instead of returning you to the inventory proper, it's because RPGMaker is hell.

Sorry, but no. I'd been waiting for the game to get its big update before I updated this, but that still isn't out yet.

The mod was made before the sprint update, so it overrides that. Until I get around to updating this mod it'll probably override most new content in the game so I don't recommend using it with the latest versions of the game.

No, it shouldn't conflict with the book cheat mod.

Would be awesome to have that in the newest version. Also any chance you know if it changes the unlimited saves with the book cheat?

Thanks for the heads up, I've decided to just wait for the upcoming "big" update before fixing my mods because they'll just end up being broken whenever the game updates.

Just FYI, just tried this mod as of 4/2023, and it breaks the game. It looks like there were some patches in january, after this mod was posted. One of my saves crashed to desktop, on the other I lost the ability to run.
