Overview
  • Total number of achievements: 33
  • Mushrooms: 142
  • Relics: 77
  • Animals: 18
  • Legendary animals: 6
  • Memories: 36

This guide contains no spoilers and there is only 1 playthrough needed to get all achievements. There are no missable achievements, since you can use the chapter select function to revisit every level and find whatever you are missing. While the levels are mostly linear, the route you take might be different from mine. In this case, the screenshots should help you to identify the correct location. I have listed the achievements in the chronological order they unlocked for me. Color coding:
  • Yellow circles are highlighting the location of the current collectible
  • Cyan circles are highlighting the location of the next collectible
  • Grey circles are highlighting the location of the last collectible
  • Pink arrows are showing either the route from the last collectible to the current collectible or the route to the next target (for the ease of orientation)
Prologue – Companionship
Chapter overview:
  • Mushrooms: 2
  • Relics: 1
  • Animals: 1
  • Legendary animals: --
  • Memories: --
  • Achievements: 2

Relic #01:
Follow the path to the cave and interact with the skeleton leaning against the stone. After the cutscene make sure to collect your first relic, called the “Amulet”:

Animal #01:
Go deeper into the cave until you reach a crevice. After the short cutscene possess your first animal, the “Wombat” and enter the wombat den to the right:

Mushroom #01:
In the wombat den you will find the “Spotted Crown #01/28”:

Please note, that the mushroom will spread its spores, once you have interacted with it, making it easy to see whether you have to pay it a visit or not (in case you’ve played through the game and are now doing some clean-up):

Mushroom #02:
Exit the wombat den and proceed through the hole in the opposite wall to collect “Spotted Crown #02/28”:

Achievement #01 – “The Munchies”:
From mushroom #02 proceed through another hole in the wall and you’ll arrive in an area with berries scattered all over the floor. By hitting the [3] key, the wombat will munch the berries. Do this in total 10 times, and the achievement should unlock:

Achievement #02 – “I’m on a Roll”:
To unlock this achievement you simply have to play as a wombat and hit the [space bar] when the ground is getting steeper, to roll around. Do this for a – thankfully ingame – mile, and the achievement is yours.

If you follow the path you will eventually exit the cave and get outside, and by doing so, there is a short cutscene that welcomes you to chapter I.
Chapter I – Light & Dark
Chapter overview:
  • Mushrooms: 2
  • Relics: 3
  • Animals: --
  • Legendary animals: --
  • Memories: 1
  • Achievements: 1

Mushroom #03:
In case you earned the “I’m on a Roll” achievement (#02), you might want to release the wombat and play as a wolf again. If you walk a bit to the left, past the near hill with the broad-crowned tree, you can collect the “Spotted Crown #03/28”:

Relic #02:
Turn back and head for that other big tree on that distant hill. Lying next to the tree you’ll find the “Hunters Firestone”:

Relic #03:
Looking down from the hill where you found relic #02, you’ll notice a red trail of smoke and a small beam of light south-west of it. Examine the beam of light and you’ll find the “Broken Hammer” relic:

Memory #01:
Once you have collected relic #03, take a closer look at the sphere that emits a red trail of smoke. It is the first memory, that will trigger a cutscene upon interaction:

Mushroom #04:
Shatter the barrier by running through it, and follow the path until you reach wombats and are asked to use your focus skill. Turn back into the direction from where you came from, and you’ll see “Spotted Crown #04/28” next to a rock:

Relic #04:
Go back to the wombats, possess one and make it through the cave to the other side. Once on the outside, hug the right wall until you see the beam of light. Examine it and you’ll find the “Odd Ball” relic, that triggers the Pokémon-related achievement #03 (“I Choose You”):

Achievement #03 – “I Choose You”:
This achievement pays tribute to Pokémon, and is triggered by picking up relic #04 “Odd Ball”.
Chapter I – Forgotten Love (Part 1)
Chapter overview:
  • Mushrooms: 12
  • Relics: 5
  • Animals: 4
  • Legendary animals: 1
  • Memories: 1
  • Achievements: 4

Animal #02:
Follow the path until you reach a small waterfall with some “Ducks” and possess one of them:

Relic #05:
Jump off the hill and fly all the way down into the cave emitting the rays of light. Inside the cave, pick up the “Arrow” relic on the wall to your left. If you have followed the steps so far, this relic should unlock the achievement #04 (“What’s this?”) as well:

Achievement #04 – “What’s this?”:
For this achievement to pop, you have to collect 5 relics.

Relic #06:
After you collected relic #05, proceed to the other end of the small cave and you should see a huge tree stump on one of the isles to the right. Its hollow and you can access it directly from here with the duck, by constantly hitting the [space bar]. Inside the tree collect the “Atevos Firestone” relic:
Please note: In case you fail to reach it from here directly, simply walk/fly to the spot marked with an “X” in the screenshot. While you won’t find a treasure there, you should be able to make it to the relic safely.

Mushroom #05:
Fly down to the small isle in the pond to the left if you made it directly to relic #05 (to the right if you took the alternative route) and collect “Spotted Crown #05/28”:

Animal #03:
On the lake shore or in the water, there are two “Capybaras” – possess one of them:
Please note, that there is also a wombat roaming around and they look somewhat alike, so make sure to possess the correct one:

Animal #04:
In the same lake is a duck with 4 ducklings swimming in circles in front of the two small waterfalls. Possess one duckling as it is our animal #04:

Mushroom #06:
For the sake of movement speed you might want to switch to being a duck again and head towards the red barrier. On your way there you’ll notice another small island with the “Spotted Crown #06/28” sitting underneath a weeping willow:

Memory #02:
From mushroom #06 travel to the red trail of smoke and interact with the red sphere. It will vanish and reappear a bit further away towards the trees. Interact with it a second time to trigger another cutscene:

Animal #05:
Go to the cracked red barrier and shatter it. Behind it you’ll find a couple of “Hummingbirds”, waiting for you to be possessed:
Chapter I – Forgotten Love (Part 2)
Achievement #05 – “Windy up here”:
For this achievement you have to spend some time in the air. It unlocked for me in chapter I with the hummingbird. For you it might take a bit longer, because you’re using this guide, but there’s no need to grind, it should unlock naturally.

Mushroom #07:
After possessing the hummingbird, fly down to the ground, make a U-turn, and you’ll spot a “Sandy Needling #01/28” between two rocks:
Please note, that you have to be very close to the ground with the hummingbird to be able to interact with objects. If successful, it will look like this:

Mushroom #08:
After collecting mushroom #07, turn back and follow the trail of red flowers to the left. Hidden behind a stone pillar there is “Sandy Needling #02/28”:

Relic #07:
After collecting mushroom #08 turn around by 180° again and soar straight up into the sky. Fly into the highlighted cave and collect the “Cute Toy” relic. By picking it up, it will also unlock the achievement #06 (“Viva Piñata”):

Achievement #06 – “Viva Piñata”:
This relic is a reference to the “Upgrade Llama”, and Epic Games’ “Fortnite”. The achievement will unlock after you find relic #07.

Mushroom #09:
Exit the cave where you found relic #07 and head downwards to the next plateau with a stone arch to collect a “Sandy Needling #03/28”:

Mushroom #10:
Make a U-turn and go further down to find “Sandy Needling #04/28” close to the wall underneath a tree:

Mushroom #11:
Turn back and fly down to the pond with the fallen hollow tree stump. You can enter it from the end that is lying in the water. Inside you can find “Sandy Needling #05/28”:

Relic #08:
After you collected mushroom #11, exit the tree stump and fly across the pond and right between the big and the small stone pillars. Once you passed through, fly straight to the ground and collect the “Skinning Knife” relic that is hidden underneath the tree:

Mushroom #12:
From relic #08 soar up in the sky for a better orientation and look towards the big waterfall. Head towards the waterfall, fly down to the left between the two stone pillars and you'll find “Sandy Needling #06/28” close to the wall underneath a tree:

Mushroom #13:
From mushroom #12 soar up in the sky again to an elevated plateau. Behind a bush next to the wall there is “Cupling #01/25” waiting for you:
Here a side by side comparison of the cupling before and after the interaction:

Mushroom #14:
Fly down from the plateau to the ground where the wombats are and head to the trees. Here you can find “Spotted Crown #07/28”:

Legendary animal #01:
After picking up mushroom #14, turn to the wombats and possess the white, shiny one:

Achievement #07 – “Look, it’s so Shiny”:
Possessing a legendary animal will give you this achievement. I unlocked it with the legendary animal #01.

Relic #09:
In order to reach our next destination, possess one of the hummingbirds near the edge and fly to the small ledge. Examine the beam of light and the “Spearhead” relic is added to your collection:

Mushroom #15:
After you picked up relic #09, follow the waterfall downwards, fly underneath the stone arch and hug the right wall. At the end you’ll find “Sandy Needling #07/28” at the foot of the tree:

Mushroom #16:
Now you can head towards the end of the level, where a huge tree stump can be seen from afar. Inside the tree you can find “Spotted Crown #08/28”:
When you reach the waterfall, you have to return to your wolf form to get past it. Walk up the hill and after a short cutscene you have made it successfully into chapter II.
Chapter II – Igniting the Fire

Follow the path and head into the woods to the left of the path. There is a “Spotted Crown #09/28” well hidden inside:

Relic #10:
Continue on the path downhill until you see another opening to the right, with the beam of light indicating the location of the “Axe” relic:

Memory #03:
After picking up relic #10, head back to the original route and you will eventually see another trail of smoke. Interact with it to trigger the cutscene and the memory:

Achievement #08 – “Behind the Waterfall”:
Continue on the linear path until you have to wade through a pond. Possess a duckling and enter the hollow trunk underneath the waterfall. The minigame is together with achievement #09 a homage to “Flappy Bird”:

Relic #11:
See achievement #09.

Achievement #09 – “This is Hard!”:
In the secret area behind the waterfall there is a minigame that you have to beat with the duckling. Making it through without touching the rocks won’t award you with points like in “Flappy Bird”, but you’ll get the relic #11 (“Ceramic bowl”) and the achievement simultaneously instead:

Mushroom #18:
From the pond with the secret area, proceed a bit further and on the left you’ll see the remains of a stone structure, with “Cupling #02/25” inside:

Mushroom #19:
Go back to the pond with the secret area and fly down to the right, while hugging the right wall. Under a tree you can see a “Cupling #03/25”:

Mushroom #20:
After you got mushroom #19, access the menu and restart the last checkpoint, that should be the pond. Possess a duck and fly over the chasm to a rock with a “Spotted Crown #10/28”:

Mushroom #21:
From the rock with mushroom #20 look to the left and fly again over the chasm to some ruins with a “Spotted Crown #11/28”:

Mushroom #22:
From the location of mushroom #21 turn to the right and fly over to the hill with the ruins on top of it. “Cupling #04/25” is growing close to the remains of a wall:

Relic #12:
Make a U-turn from mushroom #22 and fly over the chasm to the opposite ruins on top of another hill. Here you can find the “Hammer” relic close to another ruined wall:

Memory #04:
After picking up relic #12, fly over the ruined building across the chasm to the trail of smoke. Interact with it to trigger the next memory:

Mushroom #23:
From the memory #04 continue straight forward to the weeping willow, with a “Spotted Crown #12/28” sitting underneath it:

Memory #05:
After picking up mushroom #23, go back past memory #04 and fly over the chasm to return to the ruined building again. Aim for the left side of the building for the trail of smoke. Interact with it to trigger the next memory as well as achievement #10 (“Who am I?”), given that you followed the guide:

Achievement #10 – “Who am I?”:
This achievement will unlock when you trigger 5 memories.

Mushroom #24:
From memory #05 enter the ruined building and exit it through a hole in the opposite wall. Climb up to the plateau where you found relic #12, make a U-turn and aim for the area left of the monolith across the chasm. In the ruin on top there is a “Spotted Crown #13/28”:

Mushroom #25:
From mushroom #24 fly down to the next plateau with yet another ruin on top of it and collect “Spotted Crown #14/28” sitting in the corner of the broken stone structure:

Memory #06:
After picking up mushroom #25, fly down to the lowest level to where the trail of smoke is. Interact with it to trigger another cutscene:

Relic #13:
From memory #06 climb the stairs and continue your way until you see a fallen tree to the left. Behind it is the beam of light, marking the location of the “Wolf Stone Figure” relic. If you have reached the armadillos, you have gone too far and need to go back a bit:

Animal #06:
Once you collected relic #13 continue to climb the stairs, until you encounter a couple of “Armadillos”. Possess one of them, and get past the wall blocking your way by digging into the soil:

Mushroom #26:
From animal #06 dig underneath the wall and then search your surrounding by pressing the [right mouse button] and then interact with “Druffle #01/11”:

Achievement #11 – “I’m down here!”:
This achievement will unlock when you spend some time underground. It unlocked for me here, because I positioned the armadillo underneath the “Druffle #01”, while I was editing the guide, so for you it will be likely at a later stage.

Memory #07:
After picking up mushroom #26, follow the path to the next memory and another cutscene:

Chapter II – Gathering Followers

  • Animals: 1
  • Legendary animals: --
  • Memories: 2

Achievement #12 – “Wrecking Ball”:
This achievement will unlock when you destroy 20 containers. I unlocked it in the area with the ducks by running in circles for a couple of seconds. Flying/running into the area with the “X” (still no treasure), will trigger an autosave and the containers will respawn by the time you’re back. Alternatively, you could load the checkpoint or unlock it naturally as you progress through the story:
Please note, that even though I destroyed way more than the 20 containers needed, the achievement popped only after I gave up and continued playing, but that may just be me…

Animal #07:
Possess a wombat and roll all the way down until you reach a couple of ducks. Possess a duck and make it over the chasm to the ledge on the right side. There is an entrance to a wombat den, where you can possess a “Baby wombat” (make sure to repossess the duck):

Achievement #13 – “Landscaping Apprentice”:
This achievement will unlock when you collect 30 mushrooms.

From the location of relic #15, continue your journey through another tunnel, past an armadillo. Next to a wombat there is “Cupling #08/25”:

Relic #16:

Before you go up the stairs to exit the caves, go past the stairs into the room to the left and at the foot of another set of stairs, there is the “Ceramic Vase” relic:

Continue the path, possess a hummingbird and fly to the end of the level. After some quick time events, where you have to evade obstacles, you made it safely to chapter III.

Mushroom #45:
Coming from relic #20 and looking towards the waterfall where mushroom #44 is located, you can collect “Azure Trumpet #01/21” in the water:
Here is another mushroom side by side comparison. In this case it is the “Azure Trumpet” before and after the interaction:

This achievement will unlock once you have possessed 10 different animal species. Please note, that legendary animals are treated as a species on its own, so the “Legendary Wombat” I collected earlier, made the 10 full for me.

Mushroom #64:
From animal #09, possess the armadillo again to make your way underneath the back wall of the building, or change back to your wolf form and go past the rubble at the right side of the building. Behind a weeping willow you can pick up “White Cloak #04/29”:

Mushroom #65:
From mushroom #64, head back past the house and the rubble where you came from, jump down the stairs and climb the stairs on the opposite site. Possess an armadillo and dig out “Druffle #06/11” in front of the ruined building:

Mushroom #66:
From mushroom #65, dig into the ruined building with the armadillo and search for “Druffle #07/11”:

Relic #26:
Next to mushroom #66, search with the armadillo for the “Vase” relic and dig it up:

Relic #27:
Exit the ruined building from relic #26, get down to the lower level, possess a fish in the pond and half the way towards memory #14, there is a submerged room with the “Mortar” relic inside:

Memory #14:
Exit the submerged room with relic #27 and head to the plume of smoke at the end. Interact with the red sphere once…:
…trace down the second part in the passage, interact with it and then dash over the rocks blocking your way:
Once you made it on the other side of the rocks, swim down the tunnel to find the third part of that memory, as well as…

Relic #28:
The “Grappling Hook” relic is located in the same room as the third part of memory #14:
Chapter IV – Close to the Sun (Part 2)
Memory #15:
From relic #28 swim back to the outside, to part 1 of memory #14. Swim to the stairs at the opposite end, turn back into your wolf form and from the top of the stairs turn right. Interact with the red sphere, and it will trigger part 1 of a short cutscene:
After the cutscene search for the second part of the memory and another cutscene will play:

Mushroom #67:
From memory #15, walk over the fallen monument to the ruins. Go through the first building and then into the second one, where you can collect “White Cloak #05/29”:

Mushroom #68:
From mushroom #67, go down the stairs, turn left and in the remains of another building you’ll find “White Cloak #06/29”:

Memory #16:
From mushroom #68, walk a bit back to the plume of smoke, and this time interact with the red sphere:

Relic #29:
From memory #16, walk up the stairs and head to the small building a little bit to the right, and collect the “Hummingbird Pluck Tool” relic that is hidden in there:

Mushroom #69:
Exit the building where you got relic #29, head towards memory #16, but instead of going down, climb two sets of stairs to a place with a couple of armadillos in front of a monument. Possess an armadillo and search for “Druffle #08/11”:

Relic #30:
Next to the mushroom #69, search with the armadillo for an underground tunnel that will lead you to the lower building. The “Amulet Enrichment” relic is waiting for you to be picked up, as well as a legendary animal…
Legendary animal #02:
In the same place, where you picked up relic #30, possess a legendary armadillo that is roaming the area:

Mushroom #70:
Exit the building where you got relic #30, and head back towards memory #15. Go up the stairs to shatter the red barrier, and to possess an armadillo to the left. Dig underneath the stone and once you get out on the other side, search for “Druffle #09/11” and given that you followed the guide, achievement #20 should unlock for you, too:

Achievement #20 – “Landscaping Starlet”:
Collect 70 mushrooms, and this achievement will pop.

Mushroom #71:
From mushroom #70, go up the stairs, but don’t follow them to the right. Instead of that walk straight forward past the stone and in the distance, you’ll spot “White Cloak #07/29”:

Mushroom #72:
From mushroom #71, go back and follow the main path. Before climbing up the long stairs, go left and pick up “White Cloak #08/29”:

Memory #17:
From mushroom #72, climb the stairs to the very top and you’ll see another plume of smoke. Interact with the red sphere and a short cutscene will trigger:

Relic #31:
From memory #17, look into the 7th cell on the left side for the “Wolf Chains” relic:

Memory #18:
From relic #32, head over to the red plume of smoke and interact with the red sphere, that will trigger another short cutscene:

Relic #33:
From memory #18, go down the stairs into the arena and just in front of you is the light beam of the “Medal” relic:

Relic #34:
From relic #33, turn back and go into the opening on the right wall of the arena. Inside, in the far-right corner, pick up the “Wolf Muzzle” relic:

Relic #35:
From relic #34, go back to the arena, and continue forward through the passage on the left until you see some wombats. Possess one and go left at the junction under a collapsed wall. Collect the “Bronze Price” relic:

Mushroom #73:
From relic #35, go back and proceed as a wombat through the tunnels. You can go back to your wolf form when you exit the tunnels. After a cutscene, go up the stairs, and on the second floor go to the far left to pick up “Spotted Crown #25/28”:

Relic #36:
From mushroom #73, go back to the stairs and up to where the statues are. Go left past the pyramid to the back, here you can collect the “Hand-crafted Gold Coin” relic:

Memory #19:
From relic #36, go back to the pyramid, and on the right-hand side interact with the red sphere, that will trigger a short cutscene:
Please note: At this point I got the achievement #21 (“Breaking the Chains”), even though it requires 20 memories to be triggered.

Achievement #21 – “Breaking the Chains”:
You have to trigger 20 memories for the achievement to pop, even though it unlocked for me after 19 interactions with the red plumes of smoke (only considering the first interaction of multipart memories).

Mushroom #74:
Exit the sanctuary through the crack in the wall and possess a hummingbird. Follow the water, and after the first waterfall look to the right, behind the pond and collect “White Cloak #09/29”:

Relic #37:
From mushroom #74, follow the water until it runs through a ruined building. Inside the building you will find the “Gold Cup” relic:

Mushroom #75:
From relic #37, fly towards the lake and stick to the left lakeshore, and you’ll eventually come across another building that was damaged by an earth slide, with “Sandy Needling #10/28” inside:

Mushroom #76:
Fly all the way back to the location of relic #37, and keep flying towards the left river, where it broke through the wall. Next to the river there is a weeping willow with “White Cloak #10/29” at the foot of the tree:

Mushroom #77:
From mushroom #76, hug the wall and fly all the way to the left, until you reach the area, where the wall got damaged by a land slide. Like before, you can find “Sandy Needling #11/28” inside the ruined building:

Mushroom #78:
From mushroom #77, fly up in the sky, turn away from the lake and in the distance, you’ll see the remains of another landslide: big boulders. Behind one of the big boulders, “Sandy Needling #12/28” is waiting for you to be picked up:

Memory #20:
From mushroom #78, turn to the lake and fly to the red plume of smoke, that is located at the foot of the mountain in the middle of the lake. Make sure that you follow the path in the water, as it triggers memory snippets by just being close, without interaction (even though they should not count for the achievement). Since this is a multipart memory, you have to interact in total 3 times with the red spheres:

Mushroom #79:
From memory #20, go inside the building, climb the stairs and behind the small monument get the “White Cloak #11/29”:

Relic #38:
From mushroom #79, fly up either the left or the right stairs, since you’ll find the “Stone Figurine Female” relic, where both stairs meet each other again:

Relic #39:
From memory #21, go into the second room on the left and pick up the “Kalani Totem” relic:

Relic #41:
From relic #40, continue up the stairs and soon you’ll be in a big corridor with a blocked room entrance to the right. Fly inside or possess the wombat to get past the blocks, and collect the “Small Medicine Flask” relic, that is hidden underneath a stone slab:

Relic #42:
From relic #41, go to the top of the slope and when you enter a big room (your side-kick will mention how breathtaking it is), go through the left passage into a room with a “Stone Figurine Male” relic in the far-right corner:

Relic #43:
From relic #42, go back to the big room you just came from, go down the stairs and to the left you’ll see the “Remains of a Musical Instrument” relic:
Please note: Do not interact with the memory #22 in the throne room until you collected the two relics #44 and #45 in this area, because after the cutscene you won’t be able to do so (only via chapter select).

Relic #44:
From relic #43, go into the throne room, ignore memory #22 and head down the stairs to your left. In a side passage the light beam of the “Stone Figurine Little Girl” relic will guide your way:

Relic #45:
From relic #44, go up the stairs, keep ignoring memory #22, and go behind the throne to pick up the “Golden Sun Amulet” relic:

Memory #22:
Only when you have added relic #44 and #45 to your collection, it is time to interact with the red sphere in front of the throne. By doing this, a cutscene will be triggered and you’ll be forced to leave this place:

Animal #10:
After the cutscene of memory #22, you have to possess a new animal, the “Parrot”:

Please note, that while you’re carried away with the river, you don’t have to interact with the mushrooms, but you just have to swim through them in order to collect them. They won’t spread spores so you have to check the numbers before and after the ride. If you miss one, reload the last checkpoint to try again.

Mushroom #83:
From mushroom #82, it goes steeply downhill, with an earth ramp dividing the river in two. On the top of the earth ramp is “Azure Trumpet #12/21”, so make sure you hit that and stick to the right branch of the river:

Animal #12:
From mushroom #90, follow the stream of water and when you get outside, head in the direction of the red plume of smoke. While running through the grass, you’ll see “Fireflies” fly away and scatter, so all you have to do is possess one of them:

Mushroom #91:

From mushroom #126, continue on the main path, and after the quick time event, you’ll just land next to “Sandy Needling #25/28”:

Relic #65:
From mushroom #127, possess a parrot and fly back in the direction where you came from. There is a cave underneath the path you took before the quick time event was triggered. In the back of the cave, you’ll find the “Anvil” relic:

Mushroom #128:
Exit the cave from relic #65, hug the right wall to the right and fly all the way down to the bottom. When the red barrier comes into sight, you’ll spot a “Sandy Needling #26/28” next to a rock:
Please note, that I couldn’t reach the mushroom as a parrot, but had to change back into the wolf form. In case you aren’t quick enough to re-possess a parrot you flew down with, after a couple of seconds new parrots will respawn (otherwise reload the checkpoint).

Mushroom #129:
From mushroom #128, fly all the way up to the central structure and on top of the big statue that was built on it. Here you can find “Sandy Needling #27/28”:

Relic #66:
From mushroom #129, fly down towards memory #33, and go down the stairs to collect the “Transport System for Stones” relic:

Memory #33:
From relic #66, go up the stairs again, interact with the red sphere, and another short cutscene is triggered:

Relic #67:
From memory #33, possess a goat and continue on the main path towards the red barrier. Look to the right and you can see the light beam of the “Heavy Hammer” relic:

Legendary animal #06:
From relic #67, make a U-turn and hug the right wall, where you can see the shiny white mountain goat, our last legendary animal, that will trigger also achievement #27 (“Gotta Catch ‘Em All”):

Achievement #27 – “Gotta Catch ‘Em All”:
For this achievement to unlock, you have to possess all 6 legendary animals.

Mushroom #130:
From legendary animal #06, go back and follow the main path. Before you go up the steep hill, look to the left of it and you can collect the final “Sandy Needling #28/28”:

Mushroom #131:
From mushroom #130, climb up the steep hill and stick to the left path, that is branching off the main path, to the platform, and collect “Cupling #14/25”:

Relic #68:
From mushroom #131, go back to the main path (where you made the detour to the left) further up the mountain, and in front of the first wall of ice that you have to break, you can pick up the “Ring” relic:
Chapter V – Into the Cold
Chapter overview:
  • Mushrooms: 5
  • Relics: 4
  • Animals: --
  • Legendary animals: --
  • Memories: --
  • Achievements: --

Mushroom #132:
From relic #68, simply follow the path forward, and when you exit the short tunnel, you’ll see a couple of wombats roaming around. Behind the rock you’ll find “Cupling #15/25”:

Mushroom #133:
From mushroom #132, proceed on the main path underneath a stone arch and on the left behind a rock, you can pick up “Cupling #16/25”:

Mushroom #134:
From mushroom #133, move forward on the main path, and hug the left wall. In a small alcove, pick up “Cupling #17/25”:

Relic #69:
From mushroom #134, go back to the main path, but this time hug the right wall until you see some wombats. Possess one of them and enter the small separated area, so you can pick up the “Tomahawk” relic:

Relic #70:
From relic #69, continue on the main path, go up the hill into the first ruin on the right and add the “Ancient Symbol Necklace” relic to your collection:

Mushroom #135:
From relic #70, continue on the main path, and after breaking through the ice, hug the left wall, in order to get “Cupling #18/25”:

Relic #71:
Break through the ice wall next to mushroom #135, and get the “Second Ring” relic:

Mushroom #136:
From relic #71, jump down to the main path, and collect “Cupling #19/25”:

Relic #72:
Continue climbing up the mountain from the location of mushroom #136, until you find a couple of wombats. Possess one to make it past the wall, and hug the left wall to get the “Brooch” relic:
Chapter VI – No Turning Back
Chapter overview:
  • Mushrooms: 2
  • Relics: 1
  • Animals: --
  • Legendary animals: --
  • Memories: 1
  • Achievements: --

Mushroom #137:
From relic #72, push forward through the snow on the main path, hug the right wall and you’ll find “Cupling #20/25”:
Get back to the main path and you have successfully made it to chapter VI.
🥇 Big thanks to Ajaley for pointing out that the mushroom shows up under Chapter VI in-game - helped me fix it!

Mushroom #138:
From mushroom #137, get back to the main path, and push forward through the snow, stick to the left as you go uphill and hug the left wall of a ruin as soon as you can. Inside the ruined building you can pick up “Cupling #21/25”:

Relic #73:
Exit the ruin with mushroom #138, go to the left towards the big building, but don’t go inside yet. Go past the building on the right and aim for the ruins on the right-hand side. At the very end in the corner, you can find the “Fertility Statue” relic:

Memory #34:
After you got relic #73, you can now enter the big building, and interact with the red sphere to trigger a cutscene:
Chapter VI – Temple of the Sun
Chapter overview:
  • Mushrooms: 4
  • Relics: 4
  • Animals: --
  • Legendary animals: --
  • Memories: 2
  • Achievements: 6

Mushroom #139:
From memory #34, follow the main path, and at the end of a long and pretty narrow bridge, immediately turn right. Hug the wall to the left until you can climb some stairs and you’ll be right next to “Cupling #22/25”:

Mushroom #140:
From mushroom #139, go up another stair to get to the next floor and this time hug the right wall. Go all the way to the very end across the middle stairs of that floor to the left, where you can pick up “Cupling #23/25”:

Memory #35:
From mushroom #140, return to the middle stairs, and go all the way up to the top. Interact with the red sphere to trigger a long cutscene as well as achievement #28 (“I Remember”):

Achievement #28 – “I Remember”:
For this achievement you have to trigger all memories, even though it unlocked for me with still one memory left.

Relic #74:
After the cutscene from memory #35 has ended, make a U-turn and walk down the path to get the “Golden Drinking Vessel” relic:

Mushroom #141:
From relic #74, go back and follow the path upwards, past memory #35. Close to the pyramid wall, there are some wombats roaming around, and next to them is “Cupling #24/25”:

Relic #75:
From mushroom #141, possess a wombat, go through the small tunnel into the pyramid, and the achievement #29 (“The World is Yours”) will trigger. Once inside, the “Drum” relic is right in front of you:

Achievement #29 – “The World is Yours”:
For this achievement you have to enter the Temple of the Sun (s. relic #75).

Relic #76:
From relic #75, hug the right wall, and you can see the light beam of the “Decorative Triangle” relic at the far end. Pick it up and the achievement #30 (“It’s Dangerous to Go Alone”) will trigger as well:

Achievement #30 – “It’s Dangerous to Go Alone”:
This relic represents the “Triforce”, and pays tribute to “Legend of Zelda”. For this achievement you have to collect relic #76.

Mushroom #142:
From relic #76, continue forward, possess a wombat, and enter the hole in the floor next to them. The hole will leed into a cave, turn back into the wolf form, and take the right tunnel. When you exit the tunnel, the last mushroom, “Cupling #25/25”, is hidden behind some rocks. Picking it up, will unlock the achievement #31 (“Landscaping Star”), given that you followed the guide:

Achievement #31 – “Landscaping Star”:
For this achievement you have to collect all 142 mushrooms in the game.

Animal #18:
From mushroom #142, proceed on the path, and after a short cutscene, you have to possess our last animal, the “Condor”:
Please note, that the achievement “Everything” most likely should have unlocked here as well, but for me it unlocked already with animal #14.

Memory #36:
Fly with the condor to the end of the level, and interact with the last red sphere to trigger another short cutscene:

Relic #77:
After the cutscene of memory #36, the final collectible, “Atevo’s Amulet”, is right in front of you. By picking it up, the remaining two achievements will unlock as well, if you followed the guide:

Achievement #32 – “Inventory Limit Reached”:
For this achievement you have to collect all 77 relics in the game.

Achievement #33 – “You’re Breathtaking!”:
For this achievement you have to unlock all other achievements in the game.

>>> Congratulations for achieving 100% <<<

Amazing guide, thanks a lot. I would never complete this kind of game without a guide, and this was a very high quality one!

My only comment is that at first, white cloaks are mentioned as "x/26" but there actually are 29, and later in the guide it switches to "x/29".

@Ajaley: Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for the feedback - I’ve fixed it in the guide. Really appreciate your help in making it more solid! 🙇‍♂️

just as an addition for players that might got a bit confused like me (game lists 6 mushrooms in chapter VI, guide shows 5): guide mushroom 137 is counted for VI not V. thats all.
nonetheless thanks so much to the author for all the effort you put into this amazing guide. it is so helpful and extremely clear and perfectly leading to all the locations. cant imagine how many hours this must have taken just for the sake of helping others. thx sooooo much. its so appreciated!

thanks for the guide!

I certainly wouldn't have been able to 100% this game without it as I don't have the patience but I would've been mad to not see all the easter eggs and parts of the story told on the little trinkets... great game for sure
