Is this stil updated as of 0.9.2?

To anyone wondering about Raziel's... Not only is it much better at killing everything near you than the Bible, but once you max it out, it also shoots lightning, contrary to what the person down below in the comments said. Maxing out Raziel's makes the game a cakewalk because it just kills everything near you so easily, even at high corruption levels.

Another excellent fusion is the flame crown from the merchant shop + corruption robe. Extreme area damage that lasts a good time. The obsidian scythes are also amazing and just obliterate everything. If you can't get obsidian scythes, frost dagger is also decent, though not as good, because you can just freeze everything regularly while doing decent pierce damage. Don't underestimate CC.

Area clear is equally as important as damage in this game--sometimes a lower DPS weapon can be better because it goes off more often and does enough damage to clean up normal mooks.

Underworld Tome is a medium sized blast of Hellfire that is high damage but low duration. Use with Crown of Agony and Ivy Staff to make a pretty big killbox.

Corruption Robe + Flaming Crown = Crown of Agony (think giant purple rock concert flame-walls that can shred death in a few seconds)

I found the Flaming Crown at the Hunter Vendor, though I'm thinking later in the game it'll be available through leveling.

Vampire Staff + Frost Staff = Winter Staff

Vampire Staff + Fire Staff = Warmth Staff

Ectoplasm with movespeed is actually amazing, just run around with them chasing you and stack it for a few minutes and then let death walk into it, can one shot Death.

Incase nobody is aware, the necrotic orb is the highest overall dps weapon in the game at the moment. The only thing close is the horizon sword, and some risky gameplay with either version of the gift bombs.
But the real deal in terms of damage is the Purgatory passive.

New as of 0.6:
Frost Sword + Knife (?) = Glacial Sword
Flame Crown + Corruption Robe = Agony Crown
Flame Scythe + Frost Scythe = Obsidian Scythe

The latter two seem pretty good.

Honestly, some of these combination are pretty lame. The only thing cool is the flying sword.

-razials tome is just more spinning bibles. I thought it would be bibles shoot lightning or something.
-Anti-christ blood is just holy water with red color...nothing special
-Darkness cloak just spinning balls...thought it combine the damage aura and balls together but its just spinning balls.
-frost dagger, lamest looking spell i seen so far
-water staff is just bouncing balls -.-


i haven't seen:
-underworld tome yet...i bet its more spinning bibles
-ectoplasm gift...guessing its in green explosion?
-necrotic orbs...more balls?
-snow cannon...i'm guessing snow balls?
I'm starting to think there is a fetish for balls here...<.<
