Stronger Abigail

For a ghost, Abigail is pathetically weak and only excels at some things. Now she tanks things a lot better and deals a lot more damage to make up for Wendy's weakness.
Improves Abigail's health, attack, aura, and speeds up her charge time.

Remember to endorse the mod and rate it 5 stars if you enjoy it, and don't rate it 1 star just because you faced a crash or a bug - I am here to fix any issues you have with the mod!

Full list of changes:
- Increases Abigail's HP from 600 to 1000.
- Increases Abigail's regeneration (from 1 per 1s to 5 per 1s out of combat).
- Increases Abigail's damage range.
- Increases Abigail's damage (from 10-20-40 to 20-40-70).
- Increases Abilgail's attack speed (from 1 tic to 0.7 tic).
- Makes Abigail Flower charge faster. (from 3 days maximum to 2 days maximum; it's random, but the deadline is 2 days.)

To do list:
- Add configuration options to allow players to make Abigail less strong/even more strong.

Patch notes:

v1.2 Removed vanilla support until further bugfixes
v1.3 Restored vanilla support. The game will now not crash in non-SW/Hamlet worlds upon summoning Abigail. Optimised some code to be more readable.
v1.4 Added print checks to Abigail Flower's charge time when saving the game and loading a save, in case her charging breaks again.
